Yeah, it might not hit your ideal price per sample, but in terms of providing the data you are looking for. It’s the cheapest option you likely have. Hopefully sequencing will continue its trend of coming down in price. Good luck! Let us know what you find out 🤞🏻

5-7X HiFi coverage per haplotype is probably your best bet for phasing and identifying SVs in high het maize. You should check with the team at Veil Genomics. They are a company designed for this exact type of work.
