In this week's D&D session, two small blights attacked the party. The blights and the NPC traveling with them both rolled highest initiative.
Blight #1 crit failed and killed its friend.
NPC rolled a Nat 20.
The party never even drew their weapons.

In our last D&D session, a player asked a bartender if there were any hospitals, poor houses, or asylum nearby.
The DM (me) thought she said whore houses, which the bartender has now canonically visited quite a bit.
