Billing from North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) from a recent procedure. My ins. paid NAPA less than 25% of what they were seeking. Would I have been responsible for the entire amount if I didn't have insurance? NAPA is also owned by private-equity. Didn't see their name in this story.
