While I can't guarantee it'll be back, TikTok can absolutely choose to overturn its own self-imposed ban.

I'm on the fence. When a company starts playing games like this, I stop wanting to play.

It means that TikTok chose to do this. If it magically comes back up on/after Monday, there's your sign.
