I have spent *a lot* of time this week writing a character that walks like Bob from Schitt's Creek. Maybe the most fun I've had with language in years.

I recently came across the Polish artist Zdzisław Beksiński and I'm learning more about his work and its focus on introspection and the subconscious. These are a couple pieces I love so far - especially his landscapes. The floating monoliths remind me of The Fifth Season by @nkjemisin.bsky.social
