I am compelled to voice my discontent. PSA thread about commercial sequencing cores below. #RNAseq #bioinformatics

As part of a collaboration with another lab, I recently processed bacterial RNAseq reads that were produced by a large commercial sequencing company who also did the RNA isolations.
