GlobalBC News reporting a Hudson’s Bay store manager in Victoria is attacked in the store and left with serious, possibly life threatening injuries. The perpetrator was apprehended in the mall parking lot then released pending a future court date. The Canadian/BC Justice system is seriously broken.
