Not sure that chart is quite right. Pretty sure Reagan was president in 1985, for example. I think all your blue is positive and the red is just the negative.

This is a great point. Think of all the mud-level management energy that had to go into getting this fixed. Countless PowerPoint presentations, hours of meetings, meetings to schedule meetings with higher level administrators. All to fix something that had already been finished.

I have to say, as a small dollar donator, I always feel slightly manipulated by this matching business. I’m sure it does work. It just feels slightly dishonest.
