He did for the four years of his 1st admin and never got called out. Why should this term be any different?

I think he's getting more and more twisted. Airports don't have the space to give each airline it's own space for security checks. Who's going to pay for the additional equipment? Is he pushing this so more folks can carry guns on planes?

I hope she does. I'd contribute to her legal fees. It was appalling to watch.

A critical statement in the body of the summary..."research spanning 20 years..." This kind of research goes on in the US, or did go on. One can shut down programs in a few days; building them back up again is going to take a lot longer. They really don't care who they hurt.

That's a bit of a stretch...

Best wishes for this next year, Father. And continued prayers for Pope Francis. Thank you for your voice of sanity in these crazy times.

Congratulations, JD! Thrilled for this next opportunity for you.

Thanks for the idea. I just did.

He gave a great homily for the Baptism of the Lord in his early days in LA that was a great intro to sacraments for my RCIA group. I used it for a number of years. His homilies now don't speak to me.

Yes, but probably more than 20 years ago and it was in July.... I saw that you'd been in Santa Fe and met ABJ. How's he doing?

I went to Mass today and was kind of hoping we'd have the blessing of the throats. We didn't but it was still good that I was there.

JD? Not a chance, he's just swum the river to be part of the rich rad trad folks. Roberts? maybe, but too little too late.

And no one believed it when it was pointed out to them before NOV.

I hope you are right. I'm not so convinced people are too fearful of DJT to do the right thing. Better late than never, however.

One wonders if Pope Francis didn't have an inkling that we might all be needing some source of hope...

And wants an "A" for his drivel.

He's just so chock-full of common sense....

Learning about some lost Roman treasures in an ancient military site in Carlisle, UK. Much better than what's happening in DC

I'm sorry you had to watch what we've had to live... and will continue to live through.

They still hate DEI, they just have their own criteria for what should be the deciding factor. Theirs is simpler: Will you walk on water if DJT asks you?

Casey was a huge support to Fetterman after the stroke. I think losing Casey in the Senate has upset his equilibrium. I am no longer a resident of PA so I can't vote for him, but he's become a disappointment.
