Basic LEO training was violated with this officer discharging his weapon with other officers and observers standing where they were. A ricocheting bullet could easily have hit any number of people. These are not police officers but thugs!

Since when did any legitimate LEO training advise you to fire your weapon with two friendlies standing nearly in front of you?
