Great graphic. The rest of the regulations at the shared link strike me a reasonable and balanced. Too much angst over e-bikes. They are here to stay so good job with some sensible laws that are not an over reaction. I hope other municipalities follow your lead. Adapt, don’t ban.

I’m with you. It’s a mess. I sincerely hate the “oh class 3 bikes go 28mph” rhetoric. It doesn’t help. I ride a class 3 bike. It doesn’t magically go that fast and I coexist just fine because I don’t ride like a jackass
