Why is it up to just his lead?
How much money is spent on each and every court case? Since Republicans are not doing their proper job of governing- we are using court rulings to help with the law of what is legal and not legal. Isn’t this 47, Musk and Republicans waste and the cost of appealing. I can’t even imagine the cost.
