We’re in a whole different country, but Henry was taking a little stress nap because we’re worried for our neighbours.

This one is a little niche since not everyone keeps stuff like nutritional yeast around. It can be made cheaper by using a different type of rice (I would just reduce the cook time). I haven’t tried it in stovetop, but I’m sure that would be great as well.

Better safe than sorry.
