I genuinely can’t comprehend how someone could think Victory is on the lower end of Gundam series, unless they got thrown off by the weird start and just never gave it a real chance. Once it hits its stride, it’s quite good, and a lot of moments and episodes are really terrific!

A lot of the shows ideas about what it means to be a woman are pretty dumb, but I can overlook that in a show that’s 30 years old. And in spite of its weird stances on that stuff, this show actually had a bunch of really great women characters!

They could maaaaybe work if they had different backgrounds, but the stock yellow and white just looks bad

I’m about to start Victory here in the next few days, and this doesn’t make me very excited, lol. Hope the ending pays off!
