From Gig Harbor, Washington, now in Sant'Alessio Siculo, Sicily.

Liberal, curmudgeon, retired Sailor. Generally rude, crude, and socially unacceptable.
Apparently he said this with a straight face. He only SA'd those thirteen year olds in order to maintain his cover?

And as soon as the ink dries on the documents "proving" this, he'll be happy to show them to us.

Is it possible that there is also a certain Louisiana Congressman on the list?

Yes, he really posted this.

Why does it sound eerily similar to "I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds"?

The picture says it all. H/T Kissing Fish Book.

I have heard it said that if someone only refrains from doing evil because they're afraid of hell, then they aren't a good person, but just a bad person on a leash.

Okay. Some people need a leash.

The Constitution says what it says, which isn't always what we want to hear. Yes, the lot of them deserve to be tossed out on their ears. But it has to be done one at a time.

Here I was thinking that maybe, just maybe I could have a "feel good" day.

Then it's a quick splash, and I'm back in the cesspool.

Once again, my desire to be well-informed is at odds with my desire to remain sane.

Apparently the multiple times she shoots puppies in this video didn't bother her, but this part really got under her skin.

So sharing this image isn't a friendly thing to do, and if I were a better person, I might feel a tinge of guilt at doing so.

I'll have to work on that.

Eventually.

In the immortal words of Jim Carrey, "Alrighty then!"

We're six months in.

"Whites only" communities are being established.

People are being sent to concentration camps.

Officials of the US government are disappearing people off the streets.

Broadcasting companies are bowing to government pressure to silence criticism.

We're six months in.

No, dad. When I was complaining about sugar in coke, I wanted LESS sugar.

The Washington Commanders changed their name because fans demanded it. People finally realized that the name was racist, and didn't want anything to do with it.

Apparently now, under King Quisling's reign, racism is not just encouraged, but required.

Every day, I say a prayer of thanks that I get absolutely no say in someone's eternal destination.

I don't need that kind of temptation.

This needed to be reposted, but it's time for a break now.
July 18, 2025 at 3:22 PM
Once again. Words escape me.
July 18, 2025 at 12:26 PM
Yeah, for most of them, there's no question.

"Both sides are the same."

Bullshit. These folks just want to excuse the fact that they really don't care about anyone but themselves and cannot be bothered to actually do a little checking.

Fauxgressives.

Don't forget the locals.

It's easy to get wrapped up in national stuff these days and forget just how much governing is done at the state, county and city levels.

These races have impact on people every day, and are one of the defenses against federal overreach.

Find out who yours are. Vote.

No, both sides are not the same.

Neither side is perfect, but they are NOT the same.
July 14, 2025 at 11:53 AM
Sadly, selecting unqualified campaign donors as Ambassadors isn't exactly a new trend, although King Quisling does seem to be taking it to the extreme.

Especially considering that the State Department has also been purging the diplomatic corps of anyone displaying signs of competence.

Furious fans, outraged by the story of an alien child with forged papers becoming a hero, have decided to demonstrate their anger by attempting to bury James Gunn in money.

Well, she can't let Laura Loomer get all the press.

Keeping us safe from "dangerous criminals".

Yeah. Right.

There is a reason that the gicetapo isn't going after actual gang members and violent criminals.

Unlike farm workers, college students, families going to immigration hearings, and grade school children, dangerous criminals shoot back.

While this is both a very good thing and an act of courage from the Bishop, the fact that it is needed is heartbreaking.
And we're not even six months in.
July 9, 2025 at 6:50 PM
Once more I need to point out that we are less than six months into this presidency.

We have at least 18 months before we can possibly take back control of the House and Senate, and neither of those things are certain.
