Mostly those thoughts were variants of "I wish the VA had bought a CMS that was meant to integrate with the kind of infrastructure this site uses"

The minor thing that happened was some absurd Kushner run group wanted to prove their effectiveness and got someone at the VA to pressure us to hit some arbitrary deadlines.
