Star Wars aside, it’s a fun space romp. The environments are really pretty to walk around in and enjoy the atmosphere. The space battles are pretty decent. The game loop might be a bit much, that part really varies from person to person. But for $30? You really could do a lot worse

Beat it on Xbox, my friend 100% it. I’m doing a replay on the Switch 2, and it’s just an amazing Star Wars experience. The devs have done such a great job at listening to feedback and updating the game. Shame we won’t get more DLC or sequels. 100% worth $40

I’ve said before, out of all my emulators I own, this is my favorite. Doesn’t do anything really pass 2D gaming. N64 does work, but, no analog stick makes a lot of games hard to play.

I have fond memories of playing Dark Forces II on the family computer and then getting in trouble because I wasn’t working on my science fair project

Played and beat it on Xbox, doing a second run on Switch 2. Incredible game, runs like a champ on the Switch 2!

Amazon has the complete series on DVD for $40. But yeah, if you want Blu-ray quality, you’ll have to thrift it or…🏴☠️

Yeah, you should be good, Russ of Retro Game Corps does a Contra test on all handhelds where he presses down and rocks the dpad left and right to see if he gets any accidental movement. He also did a Street Fighter test, and was able to pull off moves to showcase how good the dpad is

Amazing little device! Supports every game I’ve thrown at it up to lightweight n64/ps, but it’s mostly a GBA device for me. You can play Sonic Mania and Balatro on it, if you really wanna. Even Pico8 games!
