Also a marketing index, point holds but the only two third party companies with actual lease sign data are the two that run pricing software (RealPage and Yardi). They also happen to be the two the DOJ is after but it happens.

We need to stop doing ex-rent. Renewals remain strong, despite a a drop in new leases and marketed rents. And the renewal rate is over 50% again. Everyone got sold a fake bill of goods re rents going to zero and it was criminally bad analysis.
