I don’t post much, but with the ongoing destruction of the USA, I have cancelled Disney Plus + Paramount plus. I know it’s a drop in the bucket but I will not support any company that aligns or allows this current corrupt administration to manipulate their actions in any shape or form.

No More Kings protest in Seminole County FL might do the double dip and go to the downtown Orlando one at 5PM. (It’s brutally hot and humid so I might not make it)

I know I am far from the only one struggling with the ridiculous overreach and illegal actions taking place with the Trump administration. Marches and protests are fine but we need swift legal action and our non maga alligned elected officials to get their act together NOW.

Happy Thanksgiving to all in US. I am cooking a turkey tenderloin for me and my cat. I could have gone to my Dad’s but they are having more than 12 evangelical MAGAs there for Thanksgiving. So I am happily having a quiet and MAGA free holiday. (I treated my folks to lunch last weekend (no politics)

I don’t know what the MAGA cultists are going to do when Trump eventually dies. Will they latch onto another wanna be, or will we need a bunch of rehab facilities just to reverse the brainwashing?

I don’t live in California, but the increase to $20 an hour for fast food workers shouldn’t effect the prices customers pay when executives of these same companies rack in millions in salary and bonuses. Corporate greed is slowly killing our country.

Manged to hit FX’s offsite and The Hulu Animation off-site. Hulu’s swag of a nice bookbag, Futurama Pin set and a poster was epic as well.

Well it’s almost then end of SDCC Day 2. I must say even without the writers and actors it’s been a pretty good con so far. Made new friends and caught up with old ones.

I don’t work in the film or TV industry but I have decided to cut all my subscriptions to Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount, Max, etc in support of the writers (WGA)and actors (SAG)who are now on strike. It’s a minuscule drop in the bucket but it feels like the right thing to do IMO. 🤷♂️

Heading to SDCC soon, every year the con is different but I do understand the people who finally managed to get tickets after years of waiting feeling a bit let down with the lack of many of the studios. My advice for them is that the highlight SDCC is making new friends that share your interests.
