Everytime I read even a little bit of new it's like:
- everything you didn't even know about is getting slightly worse
- things you may have known about are getting significantly worse

Ok but for real this time I don't expect to do well at all at BCS Houston.
Travel fatigue is a real thing. I don't think I'll ever plan all weekends of a month out of home ever again.
Next weekend after Thanksgiving I'm basically just gonna collapse at home or do karaoke at the bars.

It's almost depressing how much time I've spent trying to optimize different Revue Starlight piles instead of, I dunno, a more top meta deck?
It's difficult to reconcile that I want to win but I also want to play RSL too much, as opposed to last year when I just grinded TSK.

Having this mindset is so good regardless of where you stand as a writer imo
I felt heavy imposter syndrome working at a student newspaper at a place with no journalism program, but the act of actively trying to improve at writing and not just slamming words on the page does in fact help lol
