In District 24, more than 17,000 Marylanders rely on SNAP benefits which are now under assault by Trump and extremist Republicans.

Today marks 5 years since we lost the great Representative John Lewis. I had the opportunity to meet with this civil rights hero as a staffer to Congressman Hoyer. I remain inspired by his story, his vision, and his years of tireless advocacy.
