I remember telling @danchaon.bsky.social I pre-ordered his book because it was being published on my wife’s birthday. What a perfect gift as she (and I) love his work. Didn’t lie. Now, should I tell her that it’s delayed so I can read it first? No! No, that’d be wrong, but she better read fast.
