The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) empowers healthcare professionals and researchers to detect cognitive impairment related to · Depression · Schizophrenia · Heart failure · Substance abuse. The MoCA assesses several cognitive domains:[3] The short-term memory recall task (5 points) involves two learning trials of five nouns and delayed recall after approximately five minutes. Visuospatial abilities are assessed using a clock drawing task (3 points) and a three-dimensional cube copy (1 point). Multiple aspects of executive function are assessed using an alternation task adapted from the trail-making B task (1 point), a phonemic fluency task (1 point), and a two-item verbal abstraction task (2 points). Attention, concentration, and working memory are evaluated using a sustained attention task (target detection using tapping; 1 point), serial sevens (serial subtraction task; 3 points), and digit span forward and backward (1 point each). Language is assessed using a three-item confrontation naming task with low-familiarity animals (lion, camel, rhinoceros; 3 points), repetition of two syntactically complex sentences (2 points), and the aforementioned fluency task. Abstract reasoning is assessed using a describe-the-similarity task with 2 points being available. Finally, orientation to time and place is evaluated by asking the subject for the date and the city in which the test is occurring (6 points).

A survey revealed that in 1950, 97.5 percent of Pittsburgh area residents missed the newspapers; I wonder how many Pittsburghers in 2025 realized the P-G was still on strike.

A survey showed that 97.5 per cent of the survey participants missed the newspapers. Business, deprived of its customary promotional advertising that they lost business because medium, suffered immensely.

Pittsburgh's three newspapers — the morning Post-Gazette and afternoon Press and Sun-Telegraph — were closed in 1950 for 47 days by a strike by three unions. P-G cartoonist Cy Hungerford drew this front-page cartoon when the strike was settled in November 1950.

What It Will Look Like To Be Run Over in '58 When you jaywalk across that busy intersection next year, your mortal remains will probably bear one of the imprints shown on this page. These are front-end shots of most of the 1958 models. We've had to be a bit selective for reasons of space, but every manufacturer is represented at least once. We put this together for two reasons. First, no one else that we know of has presented the whole array of U.S. cars at the same time from the same angle. Second, we wonder how many of you — who make the monsters — can tell them apart? We've had our art department paint out the names and sure-fire symbols. If you think you can identify these front ends, starting at the upper right-hand corner and proceeding clockwise around the square, write us a note. No prizes - just honorable mentions in the first issue of the UAW's new weekly, Solidarity. Any takers?
