I can’t blame them either. To an outsider, it probably sounds like the most “Sonic is in Smash Melee,” “Mew is under the truck,” “L Is Real” type playground myth ever.

I have a friend who isn’t ALL that into Pokemon. Like, they know some of the types, some of the mons, but they’re still learning new stuff. It’s been fun watching them learn. They thought Pokérus was something I made up or found in a ROM hack when I told them I caught a Zubat with it.
