Being how he is towards women, he probably doesn't have to deal with that. Or if he does have a girlfriend or something, he probably makes her stay away until her cycle is over.

A lot of teachers wouldn't do anything about it and say to the kid that they have to learn to deal with it themselves so they can do it when it also happens in the "real world", or some other excuse not to step in, even when things get physical.

I found out earlier today that the local children's hospital started cancelling appointments for gender affirming care. 😟😢😡
I hope it doesn't happen for adults, too.
