I found out that all of my previous designs got deleted so I ended up discouraged and didn't do anything

Been waking up every hour or so either with a throat so dry it hurts or having to change my nose dressing. This is less fun.

I'm not formally evaluated for it either but with the work my therapist and I have been doing it's kinda looking like it. doing better than I was a few months ago though!! working hard but god its tiring sometimes
