Pactblood When a Warlock gives themself to their patron, this can taint not merely their own soul, but their bloodline. Their children or children’s children may be shaped by the result of this ancient pact, physically, spiritually, and sometimes mentally, after all, it’s easier to make a deal with someone you’ve already sunk your claws into. Pactbloods can be born to any humanoids that have entered into a contract. They resemble their parents, but their lifespans may be altered, and they have features that hint at their otherworldly nature. A pactblood born after a pact with a fiend may have blood red skin and horns, whereas a pactblood born after a pact with an archfey may have vestigial wings and eye color in constant flux. Saintblooded When a Priest becomes an incarnation of their deity upon the earth, their soul is forever infused with a small amount of their god’s divine essence. This essence can be passed down the bloodline, often drawing those that gain miraculous abilities from their heritage further down the path of faith. Saintblooded can be born to any humanoids that have, however briefly, become incarnations of their deities. They resemble their parents, but their lifespans may be altered, and they have features that hint at their divine nature. A saintblooded suffused with the essence of an arcane god may have glowing tattoo like patterns across their skin and a halo that resembles an arcane sigil, whereas a saintblooded suffused with the essence of a night god may have black stained hands and freckles that shine like stars.

Weapon Actions What is a Weapon Action? Once per Short Rest, when a character takes the Attack action, they can replace a single attack with a Weapon Action. This weapon action is dependent on what weapon they are currently holding. Weapon Action Save DC Many weapon actions specify that a target makes a saving throw to avoid some or all of a weapon action’s effects. The weapon action specifies the ability that the target uses for the save and what happens on a success or failure. Here's how to calculate the DC for your weapon actions: Weapon Action save DC = 8 + weapon attack modifier If your weapon attack modifier includes any dice (e.g. from the Bless spell), roll the dice and add it to your Weapon Action save DC. You can only do this if you have a bonus to all attacks with that weapon (e.g. you cannot increase your Save DC by using Bardic Inspiration). Weapon Damage Weapon Damage refers to the damage you would deal to a creature if you hit it with a weapon attack roll. This includes any extra damage your weapon deals to creatures (e.g. from the Divine Favor spell), and any extra damage creatures would take from a weapon attack (e.g. from the Hunter’s Mark spell). Roll damage separately for each creature targeted. Critical Failure If a creature rolls a 1 on the d20 to save against your weapon action, they automatically fail, regardless of any modifiers, and you roll all the Weapon Damage’s damage dice twice for that creature. Weapon Action List Greataxe Cleave Foes Make two melee weapon attacks, targeting different creatures within your weapon’s reach. On a hit, a target takes double Weapon Damage. On a miss, it takes half damage. Greatsword Shockwave All creatures in a 30-foot-long, 5-foot-wide Line must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking Weapon Damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Longbow Blot the Sun Choose a point within your weapon’s long range. All creatures in a 5-foot radius of that point must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking Weapon Damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Longsword Spin Attack All creatures within your weapon’s reach must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking Weapon Damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. War Pick Impair Armor Make a melee weapon attack against a creature within your weapon’s reach. On a hit, the creature takes Weapon Damage, and its AC is reduced by 1 for 1 minute. On a miss, it takes half damage only. Warhammer Heavy Slam Make a melee weapon attack against a creature within your weapon’s reach. On a hit, the creature takes Weapon Damage and is pushed 30 feet in a direction of your choice. On a miss, it takes half damage only.

Orange. The creature is Bloodied. Red. The creature’s current Hit Points are equal to or less than a tenth of its Hit Point maximum. Gray. The creature has 0 Hit Points and is Unconscious. Black. The creature has 0 Hit Points and is Dead.

What is Expanded Conditions? Each installment of the Expanded Conditions series will introduce a new condition, and new Spells, Monsters, and Magic Items that make use of the new condition. Berserk [Condition] While you have the Berserk condition, you experience the following effect. Rampage. On your turn you must move to and attack the nearest creature you can see. If no creature is near enough to move to and attack, you attack an object, with preference for an object smaller than yourself.

Flesh Golems are such a missed opportunity in 5e

You've got the Berserk feature (sidenote, should be a condition), but nothing that mechanically interacts with it

Something I'm hoping to fix with my own 'Angel Flesh Amalgam' statblock
Actions Multiattack. The amalgam makes two Slam attacks. Slam. Melee Attack Roll: +10, reach 5 ft. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) Force damage. If the amalgam is berserk, this attack deals an extra 7 (2d6) Radiant damage. Feather Burst. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 18, all creatures within 15 feet. Failure: 28 (8d6) Slashing damage and the creature is pushed 10 feet. Success: Half damage. If the amalgam is berserk, creatures have Disadvantage on the Saving Throw.
