Oh hell yes. Did you know that the southeast US generally, and Alabama in particular, has an incredible diversity of land amd freshwater snails? Many of them are just now being discovered and described by science.

My partner made me an amazing sandwich with leftovers from the Donburi bowls she made last night. Sauteed broccoli, oyster mushrooms, chicken, and soy marinated eggs topped off with sririciha mayo on Dave's good seed bread. Bet even @lauren.rotatingsandwiches.com hasn't had a sandwich like this.
