The last two weeks, I have only been home four days. Three in Minneapolis for #NICAR25 — check the magnet I picked up this year, that’s the logo from my *very first* NICAR — and a week in Chicago to celebrate my cousin getting engaged, and I stayed a week for work.

The other reason I love NICAR is it’s always the start of my favorite time of year. Summer, warmth, light! We made it again!!

I also have to say the @ire-nicar.bsky.social swag this year was 🎯 I almost bought the whole table honestly. Came home with sweatpants, a sweatshirt — and they even had magnets from my first NICAR 🥲
