Just had a power cut 5 mins after my battery died. It’s not due back on until 12.40. Luckily it means I can read this that came in the post this week!

Great to have Karen Welsh from Lancashire Violence Reduction Network delivering Trauma Informed Training for staff here at the University of Central Lancashire. The VRN has delivered free training to over 15000 staff in Lancashire over the last few years - a magnificent achievement👏👏
