Next @serailway.bsky.social train just as busy. Now late as well as standing under someone’s armpit in the aisle. Realise they want to keep their greed fares for profit rather than providing enough trains for passengers to be able to sit, but at least get your announcements right.

Now stuck at Ashford as @serailway.bsky.social made an announcement to say we were attaching to another 6 carriage train so I got off to try and get a seat on the new train. Announcement was work of fiction. Pay around £500 a month to them for this awful service.

Another horrendous journey on @serailway.bsky.social . They say they monitor how busy trains are, so they know people have to stand, they don’t seem to care.
