Struggled today. Felt like I wasn't able to lift as heavy as I'd like. Felt a bit deflated and body conscious. Saw one of the regulars there this morning who has a great physique and found I was comparing myself to him. It's a daily struggle that I'm sure lots of other gay men experience.

Tough week this week for workouts. Only managed two! Terrible for me. My boyfriend's birthday and days out have ruined my routine but it's been so much fun!

Passed my CompTIA A+ Core 1 exam this morning, so I've been to the gym, done some gardening now I think I deserve a chill afternoon. Maybe I'll sit and watch a film!!! First time in months I've left myself have down time.

One of my biggest annoyances in the gym is people who take over 3 pieces of equipment. Feels like it's their gym and we are in their way.
