I know they are expensive, but why aren't we all exploring recall elections as an option to get action out of our government? We're mad enough we could get the petitions signed.

I found some stats. ---U.S.-based employers announced 275,240 job cuts in March, a 60% increase from the 172,017 cuts announced one month prior. It is up 205% from the 90,309 cuts announced in the same month in 2024

2 hours ago my Senator (2 pm mountain time) Michael Bennet announced he will vote no. We will see what happens.

This is a slippery slope. First it's terminology suppression then begins the real thing, against the actual people. Anyone who isn't a hetero, white, Christian male will be targeted.

While this is a start, Denver county is the smallest county in the state. It will hardly make a dent unless this is something that can get passed for the whole State. Or at least some of the surrounding suburbs of Denver.
