Not a MHD and probably too late for this week's anyway, but... from the BBC sport article about Southgate's knighthood. Why do a list that "includes" and then name all but one of the whole list?! Just leaves me wanting to know who they've missed off and why!

He looked like he'd missed before he even took it

What a player he was by the way

Great article & does list out a number of failings. The lack of communication is so frustrating, no real statement since relegation or the result of the findings from the internal review after relegation in 2023. Just being allowed to drift & seems like planning for next season hasn't started yet

Good pod but whoever wrote that last round had a shocker. Half of the players he said got relegated with Leicester after winning the league in 2016 were wrong. King, Fuchs and Simpson were all released at least a year before relegation and Drinkwater went to Chelsea in 2017 😂

On MOTD2 Guy Mowbray when commentating on it and interviewing Bruno Guimarães about his goal I think he's being too effusive given it took a big and obvious deflection. Maybe in instances like this we should have more re-recorded commentary

Fingers crossed you get one 🤞🏼

Think Curry's are doing in-store too. I've ordered the Mario Kart World bundle 👌🏼

Keep looking, I think they keep adding more then selling out so could happen again. I've got mine pre-ordered from Game after requesting invites from Curry's and Amazon

Have the wages actually stopped anyone joining or forced anyone out? You still managed to get Solanke for instance. From the outside looking in it looks as though Levy has backed Ange and barring the start of last season the returns have been average at best

And I'm not sure whether that decision was on Ange or not

One of the big (& only) defences of Ange I've heard is that he hasn't been backed enough. Looking through their summer transfers they spent nearly £150m on Solanke, Odebert, Gray & Bergvall. Isn't the argument how that cash is spent because it was obvious they needed a defender not a winger or CM

Referees gives it, VAR shows him angles of Maguire and De Ligt pulling Young's shirt seemingly backing up the decision and it gets overturned! Far worse decision than the Lewis-Skelly red imo

It was meh 😅

I'd get them both on at half time, absolute joke this

The fight is what I like about Okoli, actually looks up for it. Coulibaly really impressed me defensively just needs to be more confident going forward. The problem with our front 3 is that the 2 wingers are disciplined defensively but offer little going forward, need to take more of a risk #lcfc
