You're so right on that. I'm endlessly frustrated seeing people equate high fidelity with good execution. I don't care how upscaled it is, it could be a 100x100 pixel canvas that someone uses perfectly for what they're trying to do versus a badly styled 8K render and the low fidelity wins

His felony was through New York State. He could pardon past federal crimes, sure. But he had no option to pardon these felonies as they are felonies in the state of New York, not at the federal level.
