This year’s abrupt foreign aid cuts have hit health systems across Africa, Yes, we need smarter, more sustainable domestic financing. But this is not a case for cutting aid further. Aid remains vital for crises, for the poorest communities, and for building resilient systems. #healthequity

Earlier this week, we were told some of our programs were terminated in error. But we cannot restart our programming until we receive payment for the work that has already been done, which to-date exceeds $5m.
