I stopped watching when it stopped being the Mannings breaking down the game and it became some weird mid game watch along with random people. If it went back to being football focused and not celebrity focused I'd immediately tune back in.

Yea it's very much more of a positional scarcity thing. Lemon is the better prospect, it's just how QBs go in drafts sometimes. Rams can find another WR much more easily then they can find a first round QB.

I wonder if Ty Simpson to the Rams starts to get popular. Lemon is already a luxury WR3 planning for the future move. Why not do it at QB when they likely aren't going to be picking in range for one again anytime with Stafford still playing.

I've watched no film on the guy so I don't have any good idea on him but most places I've seen have him going in the top 5. I think football wise more time in college, especially in a great situation at Oregon, is usually the right move but money wise a top 5 pick is probably the right choice.
