Back when I still had Facebook (pre-COVID), I made a post about hunger statistics in the US and how private charities / churches weren’t enough to fix the problem. I was raised conservative evangelical so people I grew up with went berserk in the comments, unable to process reality

We also switched to chemdoodle. Been generally happy with it, not perfect but good enough

Remember the Year of the MOOC from a decade ago? The one where tech bros predicted the end of all but 3-4 universities because who needs campuses when everyone can just take MOOCs and learn everything? Hits a little different now after pandemic pedagogy, huh? The tech hype cycle is a helluva drug.
