I think you have bank swallows here, NRWS tend to have a smooth transition from brown to white where as these have a stark change. The neckband would be obscured though unfortunately

Wow what did you put out for them? We've never had any luck getting them to come to feeders, despite them being all over the area. This year has been rainier than most others lately, hopefully not seeing them just means that they found alot more food in the wild 🤞

our local one usually squawks 3 times around 1am almost every night. first time I thought maybe some mammal was poking around its sleeping spot but its so regular I think its just what they do

also in pa, tan jumpers I usually see on wood like tree trunks or telephone poles and can be gray.
