We need to get over this stigma. People are fans of schools/teams for a myriad of reasons. There are Cubs fans all over the country because they grew up watching the Cubs on WGN. No one says “you can’t be a Cubs fan because you’re not from Chicago.” Just lighten up & stop caring about other people.
