The 54% under sixth grade includes the 20% under fifth grade, but it's not clear if it's meant to be 20% of the 54%, 20% of all literate adults, or the impossible 20% of all adults ( <21% ).

The statements weren't super clear, but I think it's implying that 0.46 of literate adults read above a sixth grade level.
( 1 - 0.54 ) × 0.79
So,I think maybe about 36% read above a sixth grade level, roughly half of the literate adults.

Comments seem to argue that the feasibility of the origin argument justifies reframing the info site while ignoring the fact that the updated website no longer contains current status and resources.

I would think that the decay of the primary currents might be a good place to start. It seems that the transpolar drift is weakening, and it looks like it mixes with the Beaufort gyre near that northern shore.

I think there were a few people that "made" a lot of money when the markets opened on April 9th. They may have had some information that wasn't public though. If they played it right, 10% in 3 hours.
