Bill Maher lost me a long time ago. The “let me beat up on my own party”
schtick is fine to a point…even necessary, but he so often just gets it wrong. He plays into false stereotypes put out by rightwing propaganda and usually misses opportunity for genuine criticisms. Just for clicks & ratings.

It’s the same reason Truth Social can’t get anywhere. Social media only works if people are being hateful to each other. The hate is the fuel that keeps it growing. It’s sad.

As someone who worked in law firm administration for years, their bending of the knee was a kick in the gut to me. I can only hope they fall apart, and do it quickly, in order to teach other firms to stand up, not kneel, to this kind of madness.

It just kills me when people ask, “Elon is wealthy…why would he care about your personal information?” The people who have spent the last decade railing against the “deep state” is conspiring against are oblivious to an actual conspiracy against them. We are doomed.

I tried earlier today and it wouldn’t let me actually send it. But when I checked the map again later, it changed back to Gulf of Mexico.and just checked again hours later and it’s still Mexico.

Nice thought, but it would be a massive amount of rolling data and I can’t even conceptualize how that could be fed through social media platforms.
