I wish that there was an off switch on the political parts of my algorithm because apparently spending years engaging with endless political content, actually just ensures that there is quite literally no way to escape it when you need a break lol.

Having OCD is so wild because why am I crying because I convinced myself I forgot how to breathe and it’s not even the first time I cried today, because the first time I cried was when I finished my shower in 18 mins instead of the 25 mins I reserved for a shower in the schedule I made up in my head
