I'm still taking a break from the unmitigated trash fire that is social media websites for my own sake but have some Project Silverfish character backstory stuff (all WIP mind)

anyway here's art of my project silverfish character having a moment of reflection, because the game is wonderfully mystical in between the moments of abject terror and reducing the numbers of living fascists on lizard-earth

me watching the news lately

I spend too much time being mad and not enough time creating. Worked on this yesterday while watching movies w/ my girlfriend, it's a new character (Londa) in my setting and the cargo ship she calls home. She is very tall and has some health problems. She also dates the ship's trauma surgeon.

i know it's not news but i do still feel the need to point out that this is actually the current state of american politics and i am so fucking tired

With everything going on I would invite everybody who doesn't mind a slow-paced subtitled movie to watch Patlabor 2. It's one of those philosophical masterpieces that has some new angle every time you watch it, and tonight I'm ruminating up on the warning it has about accelerationism in particular.

played an oldschool kitchen-sink furry virus muck, it didn't really keep me due to technical issues and my generally being unused to mucks BUT i did get the urge to draw my character from it
