After the fact, are governors from these areas, (including mine) going to come out and say, ‘please come back. We’ll talk to the president and tell him to stop.’

This may sound silly, but I believe it’s important. If Trump orders protesters to be shot, that will tank the economy in tourism based areas. (I live in Las Vegas) Good luck getting any one from another country to come here to spend money if the president is ordering people to be shot.
