This will be my final weight loss update because, I hit my goal!
During COVID I went from 180lbs to 230lbs, today I finally weighed back in at 177.2lbs (target was 178)
52.8lbs lost (24Kg)
I learnt so much about food and biology in the process, it's been fascinating.
Now.... CAKE! (not really)

I've found "tapping therapy" useful for that. Easiest one is to tap the underside of a hand, the bit you'd use if you were doing a karate chop. Tap it rhythmically with a finger or against a surface.
