Mastery #29: Wario Land 4
This was SUCH a good game! I beat Hard and Super-Hard with 100%! The reduced time limits in Super-Hard is STRESSFUL. I love the level designs and the characters! Bosses weird me tf out but I love 'em!

This was SUCH a good game! I beat Hard and Super-Hard with 100%! The reduced time limits in Super-Hard is STRESSFUL. I love the level designs and the characters! Bosses weird me tf out but I love 'em!

This thing is kinda already becoming one of my favorite Mega designs. How the heck does Chimecho of all things get a *good* Mega Evolution? Also the gold and the striped tassel bits forming into a Chingling is genius.

This was overall one of the most intense sets I've done yet. Most of the set is the standard 100%ing levels and finding the secret levels. 21 of them are speedrun-related and it WILL teach you that you don't know enough about the game. VERY satisfying to complete!

80% done and 3 levels left! Don't be fooled: I have some GNARLY cheevos to do next time. Things went very well tonight, though! We beat a giant horsefly and another grasshopper tonight! Finale (hopefully) on Saturday night!

Turns out this set is FULL of speedrun achievements. They got me a little tilted during stream but I persevered and got past the 2nd boss with 41% cheevos done! We're hitting the bug city next time!

What a set! Even a veteran FF5 player myself, this set taught me a couple of things I didn't even know about! I did this one entirely on stream and had so much fun cheesing all the bosses! The GBA-exclusive content was also the first time seen for many folks!

The weather getting colder has me nostalgic for the games I grew up playing. One game was A Bug's Life on the PS1. This was back when movie tie-in games were actually good! I adore this game, but I think a RetroAchievements spin would make it fresh again! So we're playing this after Final Fantasy 5!

That's all the superbosses defeated and the Sealed Temple done! I even one-shotted Omega Mk.II! The reward of the Necromancer job does sound nice if there was ANYTHING LEFT TO USE IT ON. It *is* kind of fun to mess around with.
Also we're 93% done and we're for sure finale-ing this game next time!
