My mom wanted choo chee salmon for Mother’s Day so I delivered! It’s basically a salmon curry. Absolutely amazing!!

Finally!!! My dedication has paid off

I cookeded again last night! I still can’t believe I made this ramen xD. Looks like something out of ghibli! (I didn’t cook the beef tho, credit goes to my brother in law!)

It’s a yummy, shiitake, chili oil, jalapeño, gafah of a ramen. Turned out fantastic!!
