Realistically speaking an industrial policy designed at investing into new emerging industries (whether it be EV's, renewable, AI) seems like the play rather than trying to tariff our way into making tons of steel again.

Do you support reforming US immigration laws to make it easier for skilled migrants to become citizens? Surely such a change would avoid any (alleged) wage suppression and job inflexibility whilst retaining the best talent.
