I have a deep appreciation for black and white photography. There is just a certain aspect of shade to them, vivid shades that replace vibrance. Highlights and shadows illustrate depth a lot better. The world of color make photos of splendor, the tones of black and white make a photo appealing.

I like that you did hold back on the glaze. Beautiful golden rolls. I'm sure they were gone pretty quick.
